Welcome to El Burrito Cubano

We are part of chain of restaurants started from one family. In 1976, Gladys Thunstrom opened El Meson. With the support of her family, El Meson was the first succesful Latin restaurant in Minnesota. The family has further expanded its reach with Conga Latin Bistro, now known as Mango Bar & Grill, and the recently opened El Burrito Cubano. What makes this restaurant differ from the family's small entripse is its focus on Cuban cuisine with Mexican influences. The fusion of Cuban and Mexican cuisine makes El Burrito Cuban stand above its competitors.
